How do I print a Request/Ticket report?

Scenario: I'm a Manager within a community and I would like to generate a report of the requests/tickets.

You can do this via the following steps:

  1. On the left bar, click "Requests" to go to your requests list view.
  2. Select the date range of the requests you would like to report on (last 30 days is usually good, but you can select anything you want).
  3. Above the requests list and to the right of the date selector, you should see an "All" option. Click "All". That will display all requests (new, in progress, and closed) in the list.
  4. You can click on the various headers in the table to sort the requests in the order of your choosing.
  5. Once you have the requests in the order you'd like, you have two options. You can view the tickets in list format (default view) or detail format. This can be selected via the [ List | Detail ] selector at the top right above the request list. Detail format will show the full detail of the requests, including the chain of replies.
  6. At this point, you can select File -> Print from your browser's main menu. It is recommended that you perform a print preview to ensure things appear as you expect before actually sending it to the printer. This will print out the request report as you have it configured. If you have "Print to PDF" setup on your computer, you can print the result to a PDF as well.
