Some board members may want to see all requests, while other board members may not be interested in the details of day to day operations. By default, board members, like a normal owner, can only see the requests they've submitted.
If you're a board member and would like to see all the day to day operations, including all requests, you can add yourself to the Management group:
- On the left menu, click "Community Info"
- On the right, there will be a panel that lists all the groups in the community.
- Click the green pencil edit icon next to "Management"
- This will take you to the page where you can edit the membership of the Management group.
- On the right, under the "Add a member", start typing your name. You'll see a list of possible matches appear below.
- Select your name from that list, then click the green [ + ] button to the right of that field.
You should now be a member of the Management group. Click on "Requests" on the left and you should now see the full list of requests.
