Scenario: I'm a community manager. When I go to the "Requests" section, it only shows "New" or "In Progress" requests, or some of the closed requests are missing.
By default, the Requests list only displays requests that are currently active (New or In Progress) and requests that have been closed in the past 7 days. To see requests that were closed farther in the past, you can select a different date range from the date selector above the request list.
